退款政策

All completed orders are final. We strictly do not offer refunds for general dissatisfactions, change of mind, and allergies, nor accept returns due to hygiene, quality, and safety concerns.

However, if you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged order, kindly lodge a return request at rohhanifragrance@gmail.com, together with your:

  • Order number
  • Receipt or proof of purchase
  • Photos of the incorrect/ incomplete or damaged order with the consignment note

We accept returns (incorrect, incomplete, or damaged order) within 7 days after the delivery date, excluding sale items and gift cards. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

All return (incorrect, incomplete, or damaged order) requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. If your request is accepted, we will send a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will proceed with delivery of new within stipulated new delivery time.
